Starting Over at 32

They don’t really prepare you for the moment when you wake up and realize you’ve built a life that doesn’t quite feel like your own.

And then one day… you’ve had enough.
Enough of ignoring that quiet voice inside you that’s been begging you to leap.
So you do it.
You take the jump.
You bet on yourself.

And don’t get me wrong — I’m so grateful for my years in corporate America. I learned so much. The skills, the structure, the strategy — they all shaped me. Honestly, I don’t think I could do what I’m doing now without that experience. Little me wanted that climb. It was on her bucket list to rise through the ranks and be an executive someday.

Well… ironically, I guess I made it.
I'm the CEO of JKole Yoga.
It just looks different than I imagined — and it feels a whole lot more like home.

Starting over at 32 doesn’t look like a dramatic Hollywood movie scene (okay, maybe just a little). It looks like doubt. It looks like joy. It looks like rebuilding from the inside out. It’s sitting with fear and still choosing to move forward — because something inside you knows you’re meant for more.

I launched Jkole Yoga to share the movement, mindfulness, and sunshine that helped me come home to myself. This brand isn’t about being the bendiest or the strongest — it’s about showing up. Feeling good in your body, exactly as you are. Sweating, stretching, surrendering. Smiling even when life feels messy. Living fully — not just surviving your days.

If you're in your 30s (or any age, really) and feeling the pull to start over — let this be your sign. You're not behind. You’re right on time.

Here’s to the fresh starts, to the chaos, to the clarity, to the courage it takes to pivot — and to building a life that feels like sunshine.

Let’s keep growing, glowing, and going after it — together.
💛
All my love,
Jkole
