YOGA FOR VETERANS | VIRTUAL
This free class is part of Veterans Yoga Project’s mission to support recovery and resilience through mindful practices. It’s especially designed for veterans, active-duty military, and their caregivers navigating symptoms of PTS(d), stress, or trauma.
We’ll use breath-work, mindful movement, and guided rest to help reset the nervous system and bring a sense of ease back into the body and mind.
All are welcome — no yoga experience or military background needed.
