Howdy 👋 I'm Jessie Kolden
Hey there — I’m Jessie, Jess / Jkole! Your high-energy, always-smiling, movement-loving human. I’m a yoga teacher on a mission to stretch, sweat, and smile my way into a more mindful lifestyle, while bringing you along for the ride.
Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I was a college athlete who lived and breathed volleyball... until the day I didn’t. The spark was gone, and so was my motivation to push my body. So, naturally, I embraced my newfound freedom and kind of stopped moving altogether. Okay, not entirely—but I definitely let consistency slide, and workouts fell way down the priority list.
Turns out, my body and brain weren’t huge fans of that plan. My mental health took a hit. And in true cliché fashion... that’s when yoga found me.
Yoga gives me permission to slow down, to move without competition, and to actually listen to my body instead of ignoring it.
And that’s how Jkole Yoga & Fitness was born—rooted in movement that feels good, not forced. Around here, it’s all about my motto: Stretch. Sweat. Smile. Because I believe in workouts that lift your spirit and your booty. 😄 I’m here to help you reconnect with your body in a way that makes you stronger, more confident, and yes, probably a little sweatier.
So whatever brings you here— a juicy yoga flow or pushing through a spicy HIIT workout, my goal is simple: to help you feel strong, capable, and totally at home in your body.
