A GRiZ-themed Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga Experience

Join me on the water for a golden hour SUP yoga class inspired by the groovy, feel-good beats of GRiZ. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or trying SUP yoga for the first time, this all-levels class is all about catching the vibe, chasing the light, and letting your worries drift away 😉 .

We’ll warm up with gentle paddling, ease into a playful flow on the board, and then cruise over to Palm Tree Island to mingle and keep the GRiZ boogie going. ✌️

There will be a boat (with coolers and ice on board) anchoring along with us along the way, so feel free to BYOB for Palm Tree Island.

💦 What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water, BYOB, and that radiant GRiZFam spirit — good vibes only, connection encouraged, and as always… leave the water better than you found it 🌍✨

💸 Cost: $50 - Includes 3 HR SUP Board Rental (+all necessary equipment), GRiZ tunes, coolers for your drinks, guided paddled to and from Palm Tree Island with a certified SUP Yoga Instructor!

By booking this class, I acknowledge that stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and yoga involve physical activity in an outdoor, unpredictable environment. I understand that participation carries the risk of injury, falling into the water, or equipment-related incidents.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and will listen to my body and practice at my own pace. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss that may occur before, during, or after the class.

By submitting this booking, I release JKole LLC, Covington Block Enterprises, and any associated partners or affiliates from any and all liability related to my participation.

I also grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and future marketing materials.

Nope! This class is beginner-friendly and all-levels welcome. I’ll guide you through everything — even if your balance is more baby giraffe than seasoned yogi 😄!

Ahh, the literally million dollar Wrightsville question - I am so thrilled to say that parking is FREE.99 at Wrightsville SUP and if the lot is full there is overflow at the lot to the left of Wrightsville SUP (clear once there but I will be there to direct parking traffic as needed).
Safety first! I’ll keep an eye on the forecast and reach out with any changes. If we have to cancel there will be a full refund or option to book at a later date. PLEASE NOTE!!! WILMINGTON WEATHER can be wild… It can be storming in one area and the most perfect day in another, please do not cancel this event based off of weather in your area :).

Absolutely. Golden hour’s meant to be shared — floating friends welcome. And honestly? Just laying back and vibing with your breath is yoga — we support that.
Absolutely — you’re still welcome 💛 We’ve got PFDs (personal flotation devices) that we’ll fit to you so you feel safe and supported on the water. Plus, I was a lifeguard for 4 years and I’m CPR certified — you’ll be kept nice and close so you can float, flow, and feel totally at ease the whole time.
Due to limited board space and the nature of this event, all bookings are non-refundable. If something comes up, let me know — I’ll do my best to find a solution for all parties.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, you’ll have the option to rebook or receive a full refund — I got you.
